"The National Hymn of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® reminds us that this sisterhood is "a fellowship sincere and rare" and an organization committed to "service to all mankind."

Under the leadership of Madam Regional Director, the F.I.R.S.T. Administration anchors the North Atlantic Region in our founding principles and inspires us to uphold the pillars of Fellowship, Innovation, Respect, Serve, and Thrive.

The F.I.R.S.T. Edition reminds us that the North Atlantic Region is the birthplace of Alpha Kappa Alpha; it celebrates all regional distinctions and history; and amplifies the incredible service of all members and chapters.

The F.I.R.S.T. Edition is more than a newsletter; it's an experience highlighting sisterhood, scholarship, and service from our birthplace of Washington, D.C. to Maine. Soror Elicia charged the Newsletter Committee with the assignment, and we delivered!

Let's get ready to set it off, North Atlantic! The F.I.R.S.T. Edition is another example of how the North Atlantic Region sets the bar of F.I.R.S.T-class sisterhood and service."
