I N N O V A T I O N: The pillar under the FIRST Administration that shines a spotlight on the innovative tradition at the founding of our sisterhood. Our founders, sixteen young innovators, blazed new paths to sisterhood and service. For 116 years, Alpha Kappa Alpha women, against historical odds, have played pivotal roles in shaping our world, breaking barriers, and driving transformative change. The sorors and chapters featured in this issue represent the pioneering spirit of our founders and advance the legacies of the generations of innovative sorors across eleven decades. This issue underscores the need to recognize and amplify the leadership of our innovative visionary, Madam Regional Director. The INNOVATION pillar under the FIRST Administration will continue to catalyze change.

This digitally-immersive newsletter serves as a shining example of the innovative leadership of our regional director. The FIRST Regional Director ever to use a digital platform. The stories captured in "F.I.R.S.T. and Foremost" inspire and call for action, urging us to create spaces that empower soros to thrive.

With vision, dogged determination, and laser focus, our beloved founders set the pace and tone by which our sisterhood has navigated ahead with clarity and excellence. As an illustrious organization, Innovation steered by a Pioneering Spirit is our birthright. Creating new pathways for a viable future through responsive and progressive programming has broken new ground in terms of our reach and our fruit. Though hurdles surely will spring in our path, with main and with might, we will continue to hold on to the torch passed down to us for we understand that to bear it is a privilege. Forging new trails ahead with a unified and unwavering commitment to sisterhood and service will continue to eclipse Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® above and beyond!
